As a newly qualified Nurse, you will have the opportunity to have a full induction plus ongoing one to one coaching and support throughout all aspects of your role to ensure you are confident and competent in your role. In addition, you are provided with appropriate support and development to enhance your people management skills to ensure you can effectively lead and manage a shift and the colleagues you work with within the Centre.
