Welcome to Meridian Healthcare, where we aim to make a difference in all our care centres. We offer long-term residential, nursing and dementia care services for older people, as well as day care and short term respite stays.

We'd be delighted to show you around our care centres, all of which are rated either 'Good' or 'Excellent' by the Care Quality Commission.

You are welcome at any time - no appointment is needed. Come and visit, stay a while and experience what day-to-day life is like.
